THE COACHING PACKAGE

My clients gain exclusive access to the world-leading 'Extended DISC Profile'. This is an in-depth assessment, which highlights invaluable information about an individual's primary behavioural style; motivators, strengths, talents, qualities, developmental areas; communication model and the work environment they have the potential to 'thrive.’ This assessment is not only for ‘career direction’, it’s also a powerful tool for personal growth and self-development. ‘Getting to know who you are and what makes you tick’, can often be missed in the important decision-making process.

In our coaching sessions, we use this information as a basis to explore pathways most aligned to your unique attributes, skills-set, qualities, interests and passions. Here are your next steps:

Step One

Book a 15-minute free ‘How can I help you’ call via phone or Zoom to discuss your needs and the ‘Career Crossroads package’ in more detail.

Step Two

A 60-minute Consultation is to be arranged via Zoom or face-to-face in our Perth office to find out more about your background and ascertain the steps that will help you move forward from feelings of ‘confusion’ to ‘clarity’. (This Consultation is separate from the package and is an investment of $210.00 inc GST)

Step Three

Once we’ve agreed on your suitability for the ‘Career Crossroads’ Coaching Package, we will send you the password, unique code and clear instructions to access the online questionnaire which will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Once your questionnaire has been returned to us and analysed, we will book our first Coaching appointment to review and discuss their assessment (either via Zoom or face-to-face in my office)

Step Four

We book three coaching appointments ahead (usually spaced within 1-2 weeks of each other) to carefully go through the Assessment in stages and then determine the most suitable way forward and create an ‘Action Plan.’
